Don't think you have to have a 200 page book in order to get going on Amazon - people who pay $9.00 for 12 pages can get more than that for free if they are willing to surf a bit. And they don't have to think up that snazzy title - just know what search terms to use.
On the other hand, how many of these could I sell to make me a few thousand? Of course, he's only #2,393,490 in Books ... A little marketing and he's got some income coming in.
