Basically, it hangs any article submitter in an endless loop.
What has been kicking it off is that all this traffic to GeoCities uses up its 'free' bandwidth, and it's shut down for awhile. (Must not like Yahoo, either...) A couple of days ago, it let me go ahead and post articles, but now I can't even do that. So this guy is really messing with those (still) insecure sites.
I don't know how some of these fully automatic submitters are taking this - essentially that program would be running in the background, eating up CPU cycles. At least with my program, I'm able to see what it's doing (because I have two monitors and it runs on one of them...).
