Great stuff, more about how Nagin is a victim like his city. However, he has funds to move his family to Dallas - not to Baton Rouge or northern Louisana which escaped the worst part of the flood. Too bad those which his inept government let die or kept poor and resourceless don't have the same option.
We're just missing the Blanco-As-Victim articles to have a complete collection about how no one is at fault as people point their fingers around the soggy sandbox.
